Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) was founded with a global vision — to serve people beyond borders, empower talent wherever it exists, and build future leaders who contribute meaningfully to their nations and communities.

From its earliest days, SISP operated as a humanitarian initiative driven by service rather than recognition, bureaucracy, or financial incentives.

The Founder supported students and families privately — without registration, without seeking tax benefits, and without public credit — guided by a lifelong belief that serving people is serving God.

This borderless vision remains at the heart of SISP’s future expansion strategy.

Challenges That Shaped Our Path

While implementing large-scale educational initiatives in Bangladesh, SISP faced a serious and deeply unfortunate incidentinvolving fraud, misuse of trust, and coordinated wrongdoing by individuals connected to scholarship recipients.

As the matter progressed, significant obstacles emerged in the pursuit of justice. Despite clear evidence and formal legal efforts, certain government institutions and officials obstructed the proper administration of justice.

This situation resulted in:

Major delays in expansion plans (nearly one year)
Significant financial resources diverted to address criminal activity
Operational disruption and delayed program rollout
The need to reassess structural and legal protections

While painful, this experience ultimately strengthened SISP’s commitment to institutional safeguards, accountability, and ethical governance.

A New Chapter of Global Expansion

Following these events, the Founder made the proud decision to formally return to the United States and register SISP as a nonprofit organization in the State of Wyoming.

This step was taken not for recognition or financial advantage, but to ensure long-term protection of the mission and to strengthen organizational integrity.

Today, SISP remains:

And continues to operate with the same humanitarian spirit that existed long before formal registration.

Actively Seeking a New Asian Headquarters
