Partnerships & Inquiries

Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) welcomes institutional engagement with academic bodies, government authorities, and organizations committed to education, leadership development, and humanitarian service.
SISP operates with full independence, integrity, and adherence to international legal standards. All partnerships are formed based on shared values, transparency, and long-term impact.
SISP’s Independent Funding Model
SISP is a Founder-Funded organization and maintains complete operational independence.
To preserve the purity of its humanitarian mission:

- This includes individuals, governments, political groups, corporations, and organizations
- SISP does not provide donations or financial support to other entities
All resources are directed exclusively toward SISP’s own scholarship programs and humanitarian initiatives.

Global Engagement Principles
SISP engages only with countries and institutions that align with the following standards:
✔ Commitment to Democracy & Human Rights

- Non-democratic regimes
- Dictatorships or authoritarian governments
- Countries under sanctions by the United States Government
As a U.S.-based organization, SISP strictly complies with all U.S. federal laws, regulations, and international compliance requirements.
We will not partner with or operate in any nation that violates these standards.
✔ Focus on Underprivileged Communities & Nations
SISP’s mission is dedicated to serving:
- Underdeveloped and underprivileged countries
- Communities lacking access to education and opportunity
SISP does not expand into first-world or economically stable nations where:
- Basic needs are already met
- Strong institutional support systems exist
Our purpose is to uplift those who need opportunity the most.
✔ Zero Tolerance for Corruption
SISP does not engage with:
- Governments known for systemic corruption
- Institutions linked to misuse of authority

Recent experiences have demonstrated how corruption within government systems can destroy humanitarian missions, delay critical programs, and harm the communities meant to be served.
As a result, SISP applies strict governance integrity standards before engaging in any country.
