SISP’s Historic Transition: A New Chapter of Protection, Accountability, and Global Integrity
December 3, 2025

Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) proudly announces its formal registration as a nonprofit institution in the State of Wyoming, United States of America. This milestone marks a historic transition aimed at strengthening institutional protection, global integrity, and long-term sustainability.
For many years, SISP operated without formal registration or institutional protection, driven purely by faith, dedication, and a humanitarian mission to serve deserving students and vulnerable communities. The organization worked quietly, without publicity, guided by the belief that sincere service to humanity is service to God.
However, recent events in Bangladesh involving individuals publicly known as Samia Islam Farzana and Shahed Anwar Shadhin and Jannatul Ferdous Fareha, combined with serious failures within certain governmental and justice institutions, resulted in significant violations of trust, authority misuse, and institutional harm to SISP.
Despite months of patience and repeated efforts to seek resolution through local channels, no meaningful legal or institutional action occurred. This prolonged environment of inaction and systemic failure forced SISP to make one of the most difficult decisions in its history.
To safeguard its mission and ensure accountability, SISP chose to establish itself legally in the United States — a nation globally recognized for upholding the rule of law, protecting nonprofit organizations, and enforcing institutional accountability.
Registration in Wyoming now places SISP under a strong legal framework that guarantees institutional protection, regulatory transparency, governance stability, and effective accountability mechanisms.
This transition also empowers SISP to lawfully pursue justice through appropriate international legal channels. The objective is not retaliation, but accountability — for the organization, its partners, and the communities it serves.
While the institutional betrayal in Bangladesh caused project delays, financial impact, and disruption to partnerships, it also strengthened SISP’s resolve to build a more resilient, transparent, and globally protected organization.
The move to the United States marks a new era for SISP — defined by stronger governance, international credibility, and renewed dedication to empowering students and communities worldwide with integrity and justice at its core.
